The weather outside is frightful...

Bit of a boring outfit post today to be honest, but the weather is so horrible you just want to wrap yourself up in so many layers and keep warm and dry.

These Topshop boots are my absolute fav, its like wearing heels but they are so comfortable and easy to walk in, they are all Ive worn this winter so far!

And Ive just got this cape at a bargain of £16 from Cow Vintage, I usually wear it with my leather jacket underneath, love it!

Oh and excuse the hair, in a bit of an in-between stage colour wise and not really liking how it is at the moment

Looks of the week...

The most wonderful time of the year

I've had a very lovely and festive weekend. Started off with meeting Santa (YAY!) and then a festive lunch and a few mulled wines and catching up with friends and then today we have been to the Victorian Christmas Markets. Which was really nice it was just such a shame that it has been raining all day which can kind of kill the mood.

The tree has gone up at home as well and the house looks so lovely cosy and festive. I love this time of year

Nail Rocks

So I got these Nail Rocks nail wraps in my Glossy Box, they are something I have always wanted to try but always thought they would be too difficult for me to do on myself and a bit faffy.

So I gave them ago the other day and I have to say I was quite happy with the results.

I found one hand easier then the other and did have to take off and re-apply a couple but I think they look really good. Just give yourself enough time to do them (don't think you can get away with doing them 5 mins before going out) and follow the instructions, make sure you pre prepare your nail as they say as I think that where I went wrong a couple of times.

I'll definitely try some of the other designs for a night out or something. Hopefully with more practice I'll get better.

Marni for H&M

I was so excited when I woke up to the news this morning of the new H&M collection with Marni. Due to hit 260 stores worldwide as well as on line on March 8th. Ive already booked the day off work so I can go down to London and make sure I get my hands on some of this collection and join in the atmosphere.

"I wanted to create a true Marni wardrobe by revisiting all our favourite pieces in signature fabrics and prints," Castiglioni said. "As always, I love juxtaposing prints and colours, mixing modern tribal with Bauhaus graphic and adding sporty utilitarian elements."

The menswear and womenswear offering will showcase all the elements that the Marni mainline has become famous for, from vivid colours to all-over prints. Highlights from the women's collection will include full pleated skirts, dresses, cropped trousers and jacquard knits, in fabrics range from silk to crisp cotton.

Anyone else as excited to see this as me?
